Buy Now is a feature that allows verified buyers to purchase a vehicle immediately at a fixed price, without waiting for the auction to end.

How does Buy Now work?

Once you're a verified buyer, you can click the "Buy Now" button on any eligible listing. Your request is reviewed by our team and if approved, the vehicle is reserved for you at the listed price.

Can I come and review your inventory?

Our inventory is managed remotely and vehicles are stored at various locations. All vehicle information, photos, and inspection reports are available online. Contact us to arrange a viewing for specific vehicles.

What is the process for completing the paperwork?

After winning an auction, you'll receive an email with instructions. Log into your dashboard, complete your billing details, and our team will prepare all necessary documentation including title transfer.

What happens after the auction ends?

The highest bidder receives an email notification. You have 48 hours to complete your billing information. Our team will then prepare your invoice and vehicle documents.

Can I see the offers of other participants?

No — we run blind auctions. You cannot see other participants' bids. This ensures a fair process for all bidders.

Can I cancel my offer?

Bids are binding once placed. However, if you have concerns, contact our support team immediately. Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What is the expected delivery time after payment?

After payment is confirmed, delivery takes a maximum of 14 days within the US and 22 days to Canada.

How do I pay for the product?

When will I receive my purchase?

After payment confirmation, your vehicle will be delivered within 14 days (US) or 22 days (Canada).

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile radius. For distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile applies, regardless of vehicle type or size.

How is my vehicle delivered?

Vehicles are transported by licensed and insured auto transport carriers. You'll receive tracking updates throughout the delivery process via your dashboard.

Can I track my vehicle delivery?

Yes. Once your vehicle is shipped, you can track its location in real-time through your buyer dashboard under "Track Shipments."

What if my vehicle is damaged during shipping?

All vehicles are insured during transport. If damage occurs during shipping, contact us immediately with photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the US and Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

Can I cancel the product purchase?

We offer a 14-Day reject or refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of taking possession and we'll arrange a return.
