Bids are legally binding. You must be 18+, verified, and funded to bid. Winning means you pay within the stated window; funds are held in escrow until you confirm delivery.
To use RepoVendor you must meet these requirements:
A government-issued ID is required before bidding on restricted listings. Documents are reviewed solely to confirm eligibility. We may decline or revoke verification at our discretion.
All bids are binding offers. By placing a bid you commit to purchase at that price if you win. Increments, reserves, and anti-sniping extensions are shown on each listing.
A buy-now purchase ends the auction immediately at a fixed price. The reserve is the minimum a seller will accept; once the reserve is met, the sale is committed if you win.
Accepted methods are card payments via Stripe and other trusted payment processors, plus bank wire transfer. On winning, your payment is held in escrow and released to the seller only after you confirm delivery — protecting both sides. Payment is due within the window stated on your order.
Because bids are binding, winning bids are generally non-cancellable. Refunds are issued only per our stated policy, for non-delivery, or for material misrepresentation. Escrow protects funds for undelivered purchases.
Vehicles are sold as-is except for any stated warranty. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
We aim to resolve disputes in good faith first. Where permitted, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in the states in which we operate, and a class-action waiver applies where enforceable.
