When does shipping start?+
Shipping is scheduled after payment clears (within 48 hours of winning). Average carrier pickup is 2–3 business days after payment.
What if the vehicle is damaged during shipping?+
All shipments include carrier cargo insurance. Document any damage before signing the Bill of Lading and report to us within 24 hours.
